41-316. Issuance of licenses. Licenses to manufacturers, distributors, microbreweries, microdistilleries, farm wineries, producers and nonbeverage users of alcoholic liquors shall be issued and renewed by the director to qualified applicants upon written application, receipt of bond properly executed and payment in advance of the state registration fee and the license fee.
