41-1205. Beer and cereal malt beverage keg registration act not applicable. The provisions of beer and cereal malt beverage keg registration act, K.S.A. 41-2901 through 41-2906 , and amendments thereto, shall not apply to retail sales of alcoholic liquor to temporary permit holders.
