40-2902. Same; application. This act shall apply to the kinds of direct insurance specified in K.S.A. 40-901 and 40-1102 except for the kinds of insurance specified in subsections (a), (e), (f), (g),
(h)and
(i)of K.S.A. 40-1102 : Provided, That this act shall apply to accident and sickness coverages written pursuant to K.S.A. 40-1110 .
