39-7,143. Same; enforceability.
(a)Subject to subsection (b), an administrative subpoena or order whose effect has not been stayed shall be enforceable pursuant to the civil enforcement provisions of the Kansas judicial review act, K.S.A. 77-601 et seq., and amendments thereto, from the date of the subpoena's issuance or the order's entry.
(b)A subpoena issued pursuant to K.S.A. 39-7,144 , and amendments thereto or an order to restrict transfer or to verify information entered pursuant to K.S.A. 39-7,150 , and amendments thereto, shall not be enforceable more than two years after the date of issuance or entry, as shown on the face of the subpoena or order.
