39-415. Counties between 175,000 and 250,000; definitions. As used in this act:
(a)The words "medically indigent" shall mean a person who is unable to pay for hospitalization and who is not receiving or who is not eligible for medical assistance under K.S.A. 39-701 et seq., and amendments thereto, at the time of application for hospitalization hereunder.
(b)The word "hospitalization" shall mean the routine services ordinarily rendered in a hospital as a hospital is defined in K.S.A. 65-425 and licensed under K.S.A. 65-427 .
