39-2018. Community mental health center improvement fund established; expenditures by Kansas department for aging and disability services. There is hereby established in the state treasury the community mental health center improvement fund. All moneys credited to the community mental health center improvement fund shall be used by the Kansas department for aging and disability services only for purposes related to community mental health centers. All expenditures from the community mental health center improvement fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary for aging and disability services or the secretary's designee.
