38-541. Youth camps for children under 18; board of directors. The boards of county commissioners of any two
(2)or more counties jointly may provide a youth camp or home for the purpose of caring for children under eighteen
(18)years of age who are in the custody of the judge of the district court or other courts of records.
Control of the youth camp or home shall be under a board of directors composed of the members of the boards of county commissioners of the participating counties and the judge of the district court of one of such counties to be selected by the county commissioner members of such board.
