36-401. Hotel and motel keepers; definitions. That "hotel" and "motel" for the purposes of this act shall mean and include every building or group of buildings or other structures or group of structures including every cabin camp, tourist cabin, motel or other lodging unit kept, used, maintained, advertised, or held out to the public as a place where sleeping accommodations are offered for pay, to guests, in which four
(4)or more rooms are used for the accommodations for such guests.
