32-1178. Same; transmittal to federal agency. In accordance with any request duly made by an authorized official or agency of the United States, any information compiled or otherwise available to the department pursuant to subsection
(b)of K.S.A. 32-1177 , and amendments thereto, shall be transmitted to such official or agency of the United States.
