31-406. Violation of act; penalties. It is unlawful and a violation of this act to fail to release information or evidence pursuant to K.S.A. 31-403
(a)or to fail to give notice and to provide material developed from an inquiry into a fire loss as provided in K.S.A. 31-403 (b). Any such violation shall constitute a class C misdemeanor.
