28-719. Sections K.S.A. 28-424 and 28-425 inapplicable to officers and employees where compensation increased by act. None of the provisions of K.S.A. 28-424 and 28-425 shall be applicable to any officer or employee whose salary or compensation is increased under the provisions of this act.
