25-4170. Excessive campaign contributions; misdemeanor. Excessive campaign contribution is:
(a)Intentionally making any contribution in violation of any provision of K.S.A. 25-4153 , or
(b)intentionally accepting any contribution made in violation of any provision of K.S.A. 25-4153 .
Excessive campaign contribution is a class A misdemeanor.
