25-413. Duty of clerks of election when vote received after person has taken oath prescribed. Whenever any person's vote shall be received after having subscribed the application for registration pursuant to subsection
(b)of K.S.A. 25-409 , and amendments thereto, it shall be the duty of the clerks of the election to write on the poll books, at the end of such person's name, the word "Sworn"; and the ballot shall be numbered on the upper right hand corner to correspond with the person's name on the poll books.
