25-3401. Inclusion of federal enclaves in wards and townships. Not later than sixty
(60)days after the effective date of this act, the governing bodies of every city and county and every election or registration officer shall ascertain that all territory of the state is within a township or a ward. Every public official having any duty or authority under law to determine or change boundaries of any ward or township shall take appropriate action sooner than sixty
(60)days after the effective date of this act to assure the inclusion of territory in a township or ward as provided in this section.
