25-2314. Appointment of deputy county election officers. County election officers are authorized to appoint deputy county election officers for terms which do not extend longer than the term of the appointing officer or two
(2)years, whichever is the shorter period of time, except as is otherwise provided in K.S.A. 25-2303 .
