22-4911. No cause of action created against employee related to registration requirements. Nothing in the Kansas offender registration act shall create a cause of action against the state or an employee of the state acting within the scope of the employee's employment as a result of requiring an offender to register or an offender's failure to register. This includes, but is not limited to, the person or persons assigned to a registering law enforcement agency to register offenders, and the person or persons assigned to enter all offender information required by the national crime information center into the national sex offender registry system.
