20-205. Publication of supreme court and court of appeals cases. The cases decided by the supreme court of this state which the court deem of sufficient importance to be published and those of the court of appeals which are to be published pursuant to rule of the supreme court shall be prepared by the reporter and delivered to the director of printing, who shall as speedily as possible print and publish such number of copies of each volume of the reports as shall be specified by the reporter, and deliver the same to the state law librarian. No volume shall contain less than seven hundred and fifty
