2-145. County poultry show association; county aid, amount; conditions. The board of county commissioners of any county in the state of Kansas is hereby authorized to issue warrants in favor of the treasurer of any county poultry show association in such county, not to exceed the sum of two hundred dollars ($200) in any one year, for the purpose of paying not more than one half of all the premiums awarded by such association. The premium list must be filed by the secretary or president of such poultry show association with the county clerk at least thirty
(30)days before such show. The county shall not pay any portion of the premiums not approved by the board of county commissioners.
