19-631. Bond filed by auditor, conditions; premium. Within ten
(10)days after receiving a certificate of the order appointing him to the office of county auditor, it shall be the duty of such person to file with the clerk of the district court, a bond in an amount prescribed by the district court. Such bond shall be a corporate surety bond executed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the state of Kansas and conditioned that the auditor will faithfully perform the duties of his office. The premium on said bond shall be paid by the county.
