19-4307. Removal from office; hearing. Any member of said civil service board may be removed from said board by affirmative vote of all three
(3)county commissioners, but then only upon written charges filed with the county commission and after said member of the civil service board has been given a copy of all such charges and has been given an opportunity for a public hearing of such charges before the county commission.
