19-3536. Definitions. As used in K.S.A. 19-3536 through 19-3544 , inclusive, and amendments thereto, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
(a)"Board" means the board of county commissioners;
(b)"county" means
(1)a county having a population of less than 100,000 and adjoining a major federal reservoir flood control project or
(2)Finney county.
