19-27,171. Notice for establishing or financing sewer districts in Finney county. All notices or publications for the establishing or financing of sewer districts required by the provisions of article 27 of chapter 19 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated shall state the proportionate share of the project costs borne by the county-at-large.
