19-2123. Homes for aged; revenue bonds for acquisition of site, construction, equipping and furnishing addition; resolution, publication. The board of county commissioners of any county is hereby authorized to issue and sell revenue bonds for the purpose of acquiring a site for, constructing, equipping and furnishing an addition to a county home for the aged. Before any such bonds shall be issued, the board of county commissioners shall publish a resolution declaring its intention to issue such bonds, stating the purpose for which such bonds are to be issued and the amount thereof. Such resolution shall be published once each week for three
(3)consecutive weeks in the official county newspaper, or if there is no such official county newspaper, a newspaper published as provided in K.S.A. 64-101 .
