19-1630. Application of K.S.A. 19-1613 through 19-1629 to county-seat elections. Sections one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen and seventeen of chapter eighty-nine of the Laws of 1881 be and the same are hereby made applicable to any and all elections held and to be held for the purpose of locating the county seat of any county in the state of Kansas.
