19-1561a. Donations. Any person or persons, firm, organization, corporation or society desiring to make donation of money, personal property or real estate for the benefit of the activities mentioned in K.S.A. 19-1561 , shall have the right to vest title of the money or real estate so donated in said county to be controlled, when accepted, by the board of county commissioners according to the terms of the deed, gift, devise or bequest of such property: Provided, That such donations may be issued [used] for the purpose of acquisition of a site, the erecting, equipping and furnishing of a building or buildings for such activities if not inconsistent with the terms of the deed, gift, devise or bequest of such property, and the same may be used in addition to the maximum amount stated in the resolution submitting the question to the electors.
