19-1513. Courthouse and jail in county of more than 120,000 population. Laws 1923, chapter 110, included by reference. [Authorizes board of county commissioners of county having 120,000 inhabitants or more to procure a site for a courthouse and jail by purchase, donation or condemnation and to issue bonds for such purpose; to sell the old site and buildings and carry out other proceedings in connection therewith; as the act has a restricted application it is omitted.]
