17-2713. Directors and officers. No person may be a director or officer, other than secretary, of a professional corporation unless he is a shareholder. If the number of shareholders is less than three the number of directors may likewise be less than three, and the officers may be president, treasurer and secretary only, which offices may be combined in one or more persons.
