17-1735. Title to abandoned property of Church of the Nazarene. The title to all abandoned property, both real, personal and mixed, belonging to or held in trust for any religious organization situated within the jurisdiction of the District Advisory Board of the Church of the Nazarene, Kansas District, and known as the Church of the Nazarene that has or shall become extinct shall vest in and become the property of the District Advisory Board of the Church of the Nazarene, Kansas District, and its successors and assigns:
Provided, That this act shall not affect the reversionary interest of any person or persons, or corporation, now existing in any such property or any valid lien now existing thereon.
