17-1519. Same; dissolution when meeting held and assets sold prior to June 30, 1949. Any mututal telephone company organized under the provisions of chapter 116 of the Session Laws of 1887 and which, prior to the effective date of this act, has held a meeting and sold all of its assets, may be dissolved upon filing with the secretary of state an affidavit stating that all of its assets have been disposed of, which affidavit shall be accompanied by a copy of the publication notice to the stockholders, together with an affidavit of proof of publication by the manager or publisher of the newspaper in which said notice was published.
Said corporation shall be deemed to have been dissolved on the date of the filing of said affidavit and said publication notice and proof thereof.
