17-1360. Vote to disorganize and requesting annexation of territory to another district; duties of secretary-treasurer. If a majority of the electors of any such district, present at the annual meeting, shall vote in favor of disorganizing such district and requesting the annexation of the territory thereof to another cemetery district, the secretary-treasurer of the district shall transmit certified copies of such proposition and the vote thereon to the secretary-treasurer of the cemetery district to which the electors have voted to request the annexation of the territory of their district.
