13-1395. Revenue bonds for revenue producing swimming pools and golf courses in cities of over 200,000 population. The board of park commissioners of any city having a population in excess of two hundred thousand (200,000) is hereby authorized and empowered to issue revenue bonds for the acquisition, construction, alteration, repair, improvement, extension or enlargement of any revenue producing swimming pools and golf courses owned and operated by such board, subject to the terms and conditions of this act.
