13-1348d. Cities of over 200,000 population; special recreation facilities reserve account; use. The board of park commissioners of any city having a population in excess of two hundred thousand (200,000) may provide for the creation of a special recreation facilities reserve account, into which account shall be deposited funds deriving from recreation facilities including, but not limited to, baseball and athletic fields, swimming beaches, and golf courses; and which special reserve may be carried over from year to year, and used for the addition to, rebuilding, repairing, or replacing of any recreational facilities in any such cities.
