12-548. Appeals of decisions of any city vacating or excluding land or improving or vacating streets or alleys; action in district court; filing deadline. Any owner of land aggrieved by the decision of the city governing body under the provisions of K.S.A. 12-505 , 13-443 , 14-423 and 15-427 , and amendments thereto, within 30 days following the publication of the vacation ordinance, may bring an action in district court challenging the reasonableness of such decision.
