12-3425. Same; approval of bonds by attorney general; effect. All bonds issued hereunder shall be submitted to the attorney general of Kansas for examination, and when such bonds have been examined and certified as legal obligations of the issuing authority by the attorney general in accordance with such requirements as he or she may make, the same shall be incontestable in any court in the state of Kansas unless suit thereon shall be brought in a court having jurisdiction thereof within ninety
(90)days from the date of such approval.
