11-210. Data used for grant applications. Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 11-321 , and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 11-201a , and amendments thereto, for the purpose of making applications for grants, the secretary of state and any political subdivision of the state may use any census data available.
