10-310. Computation of valuation for bonded indebtedness limitation purposes. The county clerk shall add
(1)the taxable value of each motor vehicle, as shown on the application for registration for the previous year or as otherwise established in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 79-5105 , and amendments thereto, and
(2)the taxable value of motor vehicles established in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 79-1022 , and amendments thereto, to the equalized assessed tangible valuation on the tax roll of each taxing subdivision in which such motor vehicle has acquired tax situs. The resulting total shall constitute the equalized assessed tangible valuation of the taxing subdivision for the computation of limitations upon bonded indebtedness and for all other purposes except the levying of taxes and the computation of limitations thereon.
