82a-1607. Application for participation in program; review and approval by division of conservation; appropriation of funds. Sponsors shall apply to the division for participation in the multipurpose small lakes program. The review and approval process of the division shall be established by rules and regulations that shall be consistent with the state water plan. Following review, the division, with the approval of the secretary, shall request appropriations for specific projects from the legislature. Any funds appropriated to carry out the provisions of this act shall be administered by the division.
