82a-1040. Act supplemental to K.S.A. 82a-1020 through 82a-1035. The provisions of K.S.A. 82a-1036 to 82a-1039 , inclusive, of this act shall be part of and supplemental to the provisions of K.S.A. 82a-1020 to 82a-1035 , inclusive, and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
