16a-6-401.
(UCCC)Applicability and scope. This part applies to the administrator, prescribes the procedures to be observed by the administrator in exercising such powers under K.S.A. 16a-1-101 et seq., and amendments thereto, and supplements the powers and functions of the administrator under K.S.A. 16a-1-101 et seq., and amendments thereto. Subject to specific provisions found in K.S.A. 16a-1-101 et seq., and amendments thereto, the exercise of powers by the administrator shall be subject to the adoption of rules and regulations pursuant to K.S.A. 77-415 et seq., and amendments thereto, the Kansas administrative procedure act, K.S.A. 77-501 et seq., and amendments thereto, and the Kansas judicial review act, K.S.A. 77-601 et seq., and amendments thereto.
