Sec. 4. The requirements of section 1 of this chapter do not apply to haulers and owners or operators engaged in transporting or disposing of solid waste that is:
(1)generated by a person; and
(2)disposed of at a site that is:
(A)owned by the person; and
(B)limited, for the purposes of the disposal of solid waste, to use by the person for the disposal of solid waste generated by the person.
