Sec. 82.
(a)"Final disposal facility", for purposes of IC 13-20-3 , IC 13-20-5 , IC 13-20-22 , and IC 13-21 , means any of the following:
(1)A landfill.
(2)An incinerator.
(3)A waste-to-energy facility.
(b)The term does not include a transfer station or an advanced recycling facility.
