Sec. 43. "Contamination", for purposes of IC 13-18-17 , refers to the presence in groundwater of at least one
(1)contaminant in a quantity or concentration that:
(1)is injurious to human health, plant or animal life, or property;
(2)interferes unreasonably with the enjoyment of life or property; or
(3)otherwise violates:
(A)environmental management laws; or
(B)rules adopted under environmental management laws.
