Sec. 3. "Air contaminant", for purposes of air pollution control laws, means:
(1)dust;
(2)fumes;
(3)gas;
(4)mist;
(5)smoke;
(6)vapor; or
(7)any combination of the items described in subdivisions
(1)through (6).
