Sec. 29. "Clean Water Act", for purposes of this chapter, IC 13-18-22 , and IC 13-18-23 , refers to:
(1)33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; and
(2)regulations adopted under 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.
