Sec. 192.
(a)"Responsible person", for purposes of IC 13-24-1 , means a person who has caused a release at a petroleum facility.
(b)"Responsible person", for purposes of IC 13-25-4 , means a person that is:
(1)liable to:
(A)the United States government;
(B)the state; or
(C)any other person;
under Section 107 of CERCLA (42 U.S.C. 9607); or
(2)liable to the state under IC 13-25-4-8 .
(c)"Responsible person", for purposes of IC 13-18-16-7.5 , has the meaning set forth in IC 13-18-16-7.5 (a).
