No contract or other agreement entered into or sought to be enforced in this State shall be valid if it contains any provision which discriminates or appears to discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, creed, national ancestry or sex or on ethnic or religious grounds, or of any connection between that person and any other entity. Such provisions are declared to be void as being against public policy.
