Sec. 38. The term "real estate," as used in this Act, shall be construed as co-extensive in meaning with "lands, tenements and hereditaments," and as embracing all chattels real. "Real estate" and "real property" include a manufactured home as defined in subdivision
(53)of Section 9-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code that is real property as defined in the Conveyance and Encumbrance of Manufactured Homes as Real Property and Severance Act. This Act shall not be construed so as to embrace last wills, except as herein expressly provided.
