Sec. 1-2.23. "Standby guardian" means:
(i)a guardian of the person or estate, or both, of a minor, as appointed by the court under Section 11-5.3, to become effective at a later date under Section 11-13.1 or
(ii)a guardian of the person or estate, or both, of a person with a disability, as appointed by the court under Section 11a-3.1, to become effective at a later date under Section 11a-18.2.
