Sec. 95. Immunity. If acting in good faith, without malice, and within the protocols established by the Statewide Committee and the regional review team, members of the Statewide Committee and regional review team, and anyone participating in a domestic violence fatality review shall have immunity from administrative, civil, or criminal liability for an act or omission related to the participation in a domestic violence fatality review, notwithstanding Section 90.
