Sec. 50. Effect of Noncompliance.
(a)Except as otherwise provided in this Act, in the event of noncompliance with the requirements of subsection
(d)of Section 15 of this Act, a court of competent jurisdiction shall determine the respective rights and obligations of the parties.
(b)There shall be no specific performance remedy available for a breach by the gestational surrogate of a gestational surrogacy contract term that requires her to be impregnated.
